The platform, InviteMySponsors, is designed to connect event organizers and sponsors by matching them based on shared criteria, such as event type, city, and budget. While the platform facilitates these connections, it does not guarantee successful outcomes or verify the accuracy of user-provided information.

InviteMySponsors collects the following information during registration and profile setup:

1. For Event Organizers: Full name, valid email address, organizer category, mobile number, event name, budget, event venue, event format, event cover photo, and other event-related details at the time of registering event.
2. For Sponsors: Full name, valid email address, mobile number, brand name, brand logo, industry, role at the company, event city of interest, event type of interest, and sponsorship budget.

Sharing of personal mobile numbers or email addresses by any party is strictly prohibited. Personal information shall not be included in event cover photos or sponsorship proposals; if such information is found, InviteMySponsors reserves the right to remove the content and re-upload it after necessary modifications by the platform administrator.

Sponsors can contact Event Organizers via calls, callbacks, or virtual meetings, while Organizers may send invitations that trigger emails and calls, all conducted solely through the platform. All calls shall be recorded, and an InviteMySponsors administrator may be present during any virtual meeting.

1. Sponsorship Charges: InviteMySponsors charges a 12% success fee on the confirmed sponsorship amount, payable by the event organizer, plus applicable taxes (currently 18% GST). This fee becomes payable once the sponsorship deal is finalized and the sponsor releases the sponsorship amount (full or partial).
2. Stall Charges: InviteMySponsors charges a 12% success fee on the confirmed stall booking amount, payable by the event organizer, plus applicable taxes (currently 18% GST). This fee becomes payable once the stall booking is confirmed and the stall owner releases the payment (full or partial).
3. For In-Kind / In-Barter Sponsorships: A fixed platform fee of ₹2,999 shall be payable by the event organizer, inclusive of applicable taxes(currently 18% GST).
4. For Revenue-Sharing Arrangements: A fixed platform fee of ₹1,999 shall be payable by the event organizer and ₹1,499 by the brand(sponsors), inclusive of applicable taxes(currently 18% GST).

InviteMySponsors is not liable for:

1. Any disputes arising between users.
2. Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from platform usage.
3. Accuracy or reliability of user-provided information.

Users agree to indemnify InviteMySponsors against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their content or actions on the platform.

The platform is provided "as-is" without any warranties of availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

While InviteMySponsors strives for uninterrupted service, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

InviteMySponsors is not responsible for agreements, interactions, or disputes arising between event organizers and sponsors.

The platform does not independently verify the accuracy of user-provided information, such as event details or sponsorship agreements. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data they provide.

InviteMySponsors reserves the right to update or modify this Data Protection Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
